Fees and Payment
Our fees are structured as follows:
- No upfront fees for most services
- Success fee charged only when refunds are obtained
- Additional charges may apply for complex cases
- All fees are clearly disclosed before engagement
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice
Authority to Act
By signing our Letter of Authority, you authorize ZippTax to:
- Act as your agent with HMRC
- Submit claims and appeals on your behalf
- Receive correspondence related to your tax affairs
- Access your tax records as necessary
- Negotiate with HMRC on your behalf
Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with:

Limitation of Liability
ZippTax's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for:

Professional Standards
We maintain high professional standards and are:
- Registered with relevant regulatory bodies

Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with our service:

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- With 30 days written notice
- Immediately for material breach

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due.

- Use our trademarks or logos

Governing Law
